Mitradutta has co-founded Scalare Technologies Pte Ltd at Singapore in September 2020 and is currently driving the business of the company as its Managing Partner.  Scalare Technologies specialises in identifying and evaluating early-stage companies for venture investments with the following broad fundamentals.

• Active engagement in the invested companies while supporting promoters.
• Mentoring and guiding promoters for targeted growth.

Mitradutta was a key member of Ingram Micro’s APAC regional leadership overseeing Strategy & Business Development for a USD 11 Billion business (April 2009 till Aug 2020). He commands excellent exposure to the top global IT brands and their go-to-market evolutions.

Mitradutta is a Graduate Engineer from MNIT, Jaipur and he also holds a Master’s Degree in Philosophy with keen interest in Moral Philosophy & Business Ethics.
