Byju Pillai brings more than 30 years of experience from the IT industry; handling Sales, Marketing, Finance, Distribution, Channel & Business Management. He combines an understanding of current as well as emerging technologies and has been developing several successful business models around it. Byju has been an entrepreneur throughout his career and has been investing and mentoring several organisations during their various growth phases.

Byju conceived Inflow’s business plan, raised equity funding and conceptualized the business model, processes, practices and Go-To-Market plan of the company. As the Group Managing Director of Inflow Technologies, he is responsible for organisational strategy, resource management & driving action around team, partners and financials.

Mitradutta Mohapatra - Director

With 33 Years of Experience, most of which have been in various leadership roles in the IT industry, Mitradutta Mohapatra (MM) brings in the following professional expertise.

  • Comprehensive oversight to technology domains – both existing and emerging.
  • Strategic growth plan formulation and execution.
  • Deep understanding of industry GTM motions.
  • Evaluation & due diligence of acquisition targets.

Prabhakar David - Chief Executive Officer

Prabhakar is extensively experienced with over 20 years experience in the Banking & Financial Services domain and has spent over 30 years in the UAE.

He is an extroverted & passionate Sales and Business Development Specialist with a proven track record and has established himself as one of the top Sales Heads in the Retail Banking domain in the UAE.

In the past 3 years, headed the Banking Sales vertical for the largest Outsourced Sales Channel provider in the UAE and has helped grow the business over 500% during his tenure.

Ashik is a passionate sales leader with 20 + years of experience in retail banking sales.

He is an expert in people management, who handled a large sales force of more than 1500+ sales agents for one of UAE’s best banks.
